Hopfenweizen brewed with heavy late and dry hopping and a German Weizen ale yeast to produce a hybrid hefeweizen/American IPA. Hazy, wheaty and hop bitter with notes of tropical fruits and citrus from the dry hopping complemented by classic fruity yeast esters.
